First of all, the person had come under the grip of Corona. When his health started deteriorating, he was admitted to the hospital. But there suddenly pain started in his mouth and blood started coming.
Flesh-eating fungus attacks man’s face
When the doctors examined him, he was asked to see a gum specialist, who immediately confirmed that the man’s mouth was attacked by a flesh-eating fungus and that he was eating away at the lower jaw. The infection caused by these insects is called Mucormycosis. This disease is caused by those insects which are found in the soil. While breathing, they attack the face, brain and other organs. Since the person’s immune system had become weak due to Kovid, due to this this fungus attacked him.
Man’s face will have plastic surgery
According to the US Center for Disease Control, 96 percent of people who get this disease die. The University of Medical Sciences located in Tehran found in the research that this fungus has spread in the person’s nose and mouth as well. Plastic surgeons removed 12 teeth from the man’s mouth and also removed the bones from his face that were attacked by the fungus. After the surgery, the person was given anti fungal medicines, so now he is better than before. Now the person will undergo facial surgery after which it will be reformed again.
